Jill Diamond has been representing clients in a broad range of legal matters for nearly a decade. Ms. Diamond’s current practice is focused on employment issues, including Department of Labor Standards and Enforcement wage and hour claims, civil employment litigation, and employer advice and counseling. Ms. Diamond strives to assist clients with practical strategies to address employee disputes, and preventative measures to protect employers from new and further claims.
Ms. Diamond has extensive experience handling cases in both state and federal court, and has served as co-counsel on class actions. Her legal expertise also includes arbitration and mediation. Ms. Diamond currently represents small to medium-sized employers, but her past experience representing employees allows her to view matters from multiple perspectives in order to help her current clients find effective solutions.
Ms. Diamond earned her J.D. from Cornell Law School in 2008. Previously, she graduated with a Master of Public Health from San Jose State University and a B.A. in English from Colby College. In addition to her law practice, Ms. Diamond is a published author of novels for children.
