Alta Employment Law was founded in 2015 by Danielle Pener, who was seeking to provide personalized employment law advice and workplace investigations to California companies. In 2022, the firm pivoted to focus solely on workplace investigations. We have clients throughout California, and have offices in San Francisco and San Diego. 

Though each client we take on is paired with one investigator, we work closely together as a team, ensuring that all of our clients get the benefit of our combined experience and expertise.
