At Alta Employment Law, we aim to meet the needs of each client’s unique situation quickly, thoroughly and sensitively. We have more than a decade of experience conducting investigations for companies of all sizes, which means we have a deep understanding of the hallmarks of excellence in investigations and are adept at achieving them every time.
We see ourselves as strategic, yet neutral, partners with our clients. Carefully managing the scope of each investigation is a priority for us, and we pride ourselves on our meticulous planning, as well as the maintenance of open lines of communication with clients from start to finish. Our clients are never surprised — about scope, an invoice, or anything that happens during the process that could affect the integrity of the investigation.
We are deeply committed to impartiality. To this end, we take time to assess our own biases at the outset of each investigation. We also never lose sight of the fact that workplace investigations involve real people and we take care to create interview environments in which witnesses can feel comfortable being forthcoming. Further, though advances in technology and learnings from the pandemic have extended our geographic reach, we continue to prioritize in-person interviews over virtual wherever warranted.
At the end of each investigation, we present findings that are well-reasoned, fact-based, capable of withstanding scrutiny and intended to help clients fulfill their legal obligations, minimize workplace disruption and find a path forward.
“Several of my clients have engaged Danielle and her team for investigations, including allegations against a CEO. She has a rare talent of obtaining information from witnesses not inclined to cooperate. Efficient, thorough and timely, Alta Employment Law is at the top of my list to recommend to my clients when an investigation is needed.”
