Aris Prince
Attorney Investigator

Aris Prince is deeply committed to conducting thorough and exacting workplace investigations that clients can use to resolve workplace conflicts promptly and fairly. Formerly a Plaintiff-side employment lawyer, Aris has litigated disputes involving sexual harassment, disability, sex and race discrimination, retaliation, and wage and hour violations. This experience made her highly attuned to both the nuances of workplace conflicts and the ways that litigation is costly for all, and motivates her to complete every investigation at the highest level of excellence.

Highly observant and analytical, Aris prides herself on being able to remain neutral and discerning as she gathers and assembles the relevant facts and evidence of each case. With an undergraduate degree in Neuroscience and Behavior, she also brings insight into different behaviors and personalities, as well as the dynamics of workplace conflicts. She is known for being empathetic and respectful, and is skilled at creating a cordial environment for witnesses at all levels of an organization.

Prior to joining Alta Employment Law, Aris was an Associate Attorney at two well-respected Plaintiff’s employment firms. Between undergraduate and law school, she worked as a Practice Assistant for three years at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe, LLP.

Aris got her J.D. at UCLA School of Law, with a specialization in Public Interest Law and Policy. While at UCLA, she was the Symposium Director, Digital Editor, and an executive board member for UCLA’s Journal of International Law & Foreign Affairs. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts from Columbia University, where she majored in Neuroscience & Behavior and concentrated in Business Management.

She is a member of the State Bar of California and the Association of Workplace Investigators.
